Important Updates

■ New Announcements

  • We are now recruiting course guidance volunteers.

  • Reception will no longer be held at Chinta. It will now take place at Yamatoneko instead.

■ Rules

  • Everything except engines is allowed. Human-powered, MTB, horse, miniature pony, wingsuit, glider, skateboard?whatever it takes. The first to complete the Rokko traverse wins.

  • Don’t die.

  • Don’t complain too much.

  • No course signs or marshals are provided. If you’re unsure of the route, bring a map or GPS and be prepared to navigate on your own.

  • Participation is entirely at your own risk. Be capable of anticipating and managing danger. In case of injury or accident, you must handle it yourself.

  • You must agree to the terms in the waiver to participate.

  • Be polite?say hello and thank you.

  • No bag check. Carry your own gear.

  • Take your trash home with you.

  • The Takarazuka finish line closes at 7:00 PM.

  • Bring your own cup.

  • Aid stations are tip-based.

  • After the race, please participate in local cleanup efforts, anywhere?not limited to Mt. Rokko.

  • Do not climb Mt. Takatori. Follow the Cannonball Run's original detour route.

  • Yield to uphill traffic. Slow down or stop when passing others.

  • Not a time cutoff, but please pass Garden Terrace by 4:00 PM. After that, please remove your bib and continue as a regular hiker toward Suma.

  • If you're looking for love, you are allowed to write "Seeking" (募) on your bib with a marker.

We are looking for participant-volunteers to help guide runners and ensure smooth event operations.

October 18 (Sat):

Guidance staff from Takarazuka to the Enpō-ji plaza
Time: 6:30 PM ? 7:30 PM
Those racing may begin their run after this shift.

October 19 (Sun):

Guidance staff near the finish area

Volunteer perks:
You’ll receive either an official T-shirt or a discounted entry fee of ?3,000.
